心理因素與痤瘡
痤瘡是一種以毛囊皮脂腺為單位的慢性炎性疾病.目前國外學者多認為痤瘡不僅是皮膚病,更是一種與心理因素有著密切關係的疾病,如焦慮、抑鬱、睡眠障礙等.因為痤瘡多發生於青少年,所以對處於戀愛、學習與工作壓力較大階段,或剛剛步入社會適應階段的年輕人來說,痤瘡對生活質量的影響較大.此外,發現不良的情緒與痤瘡的治療轉歸有著密切的關係
